By placing an order with 4Phase, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

β Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
β Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
β Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required.
β Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Warranty Does NOT Cover
β Change of mind after the 48-hour window.
β Damage caused by drops, misuse, or mishandling.
β Water, chemical, or heat damage.
β Normal wear and tear.
β Issues caused after delivery.
β After the 48-hour defect window:
β No warranty.
β No refunds.
β No replacements.
β No exchanges.
π Replacement & Refund Policy (48-Hour Window)
β Within 48 hours of delivery, if a product is found to be defective:
β The customer must provide clear photos or videos.
β 4Phase will review and confirm the defect.
β If the defect is confirmed, 4Phase may offer either:
β A replacement.
β A refund.
β The choice between refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of 4Phase.
β After 48 hours:
β No refunds.
β No replacements.
β No exchanges.
πΈ Refund Conditions
β Refunds are available only within the 48-hour window and only for confirmed defects.
β Refunds will not be issued for:
β Change of mind.
β Used or damaged items.
β Incorrect use of the product.
β Refunds may be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, at the storeβs discretion.
π Delivery & Order Refusal
β Customers are responsible for checking their order upon delivery.
β If a customer refuses the order upon delivery or decides they no longer want the product, the customer must pay the delivery fee in full.
β Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the order is refused.
β Orders refused without a valid defect reason may be restricted from future purchases.
π¦ Shipping
β 4Phase is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
β Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.
π Additional Terms
β Product images are for illustration purposes only.
β Minor color or design variations due to screen settings or manufacturing batches are not considered defects.
β Sale or discounted items are final unless defective within 48 hours.
β Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
β 4Phase reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abuse or repeated order refusal.
β 4Phase has the final decision on all claims, refunds, replacements, and disputes.
