🛡️ Warranty Policy

4Phase provides a 6-month limited warranty on selected eligible products purchased from our store.

First Month Coverage:

• Covers manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions

• Free inspection and maintenance if the item is defective

• Replacements are not guaranteed, but if the issue is reported upon delivery and confirmed as a factory defect, we will do our best to assist

Months 2–6 Coverage:

• Free checkups and repair attempts if the issue is repairable by our team

• Repairs are not guaranteed

• No replacements are offered after the first month

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Damage caused by drops, misuse, or mishandling

• Water, chemical, or extreme heat exposure

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Failure to follow product usage instructions

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If the product arrives defective within the first 2–3 days:

• Provide photos/videos showing the issue

• Our team will inspect and confirm if it’s a manufacturing defect

• If confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge

After the first month:

• Only free checkups and basic maintenance are available

• No replacements will be provided after 30 days

• Items damaged by misuse, breakage, or alteration do not qualify for replacement

💸 No Refunds – Exchange Only

• No refunds are issued once a purchase is made

• Exchanges are only available for eligible items under the warranty conditions

📌 Additional Terms

• 4Phase is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers

• Minor color/design variations due to screen settings or manufacturing batches are not considered defects

• Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged if defective on arrival

• If an item is out of stock, a similar item of equal value or store credit may be offered

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims and exchanges
